This is a great home with a fully stocked kitchen for all our needs. This was a Thanksgiving getaway for myself and my husband. It is in a very quiet neighborhood though I40 is not far away. Enjoyed the property and the town of Williams. The back yard was a perfect spot to unwind, have dinner, watch the sun set. Perfect midpoint for trips to the Grand canyon and Sedona. The house and neighborhood are beautiful, cozy, and a great cool getaway from Phoenix heat. Route 66 in Williams, just 2 miles away, is always super fun. We love Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster alpine slide, the Grand Canyon Train, Flagstaff, the Snow Bowl Gondola and hike, Meteor Crater, Lowell Observatory, and so many other nearby places to visit.

the house is very nice, but the host controls the heat/ ac called her asked to turn the heat up to about 72 she said thats to warm No it was cold snowed over night. She also controls the HOT water its only hot from 4am till 10 am then at night from 6 till 10 what if you want to wash your hands? it took a very look time for the water to warm up in the mornings will not stay here again have a different place for next months stay(they have hot water all day long) and it is 1 minute from this house!
