Very confortable place. Kitchen is full equipped if you want to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Host is super nice and flexible and helps you maximize a good experience in Wildwood.

Bare necessities

We stayed in unit 4 on the property. I guess if u need a place to sleep, it works. College frat house comes to mind. They do allow pets. The bathroom is tight and is very difficult to navigate. I don't recommend if your elderly, larger in stature, disabled , or just have a hard time getting around. Location to boardwalk is about the only thing I can say positive about the place. They most definitely need to find a new cleaning crew. Place was not clean when we arrived. We found diapers, trash, kids toys behind the couch, hair balls, ants throughout, bathroom and kitchen were minimally cleaned at best. The community grill outside was disgusting. We spent a half hour cleaning it just so we could use it. Not to mention, the cigarette butts and used charcoals all over the ground.. The screened porch door was held together with tape. The property could definitely use major updating, and they can do a much better job making what they have much cleaner for their guest when they arrive. Like I said, it's a place to sleep but definitely lower your expectations.
