Unit B has 2 two parking spots in carport. Park only in Unit B lane. Overflow parking on street. Cars parked in unit A or C lanes will be towed.
Quiet time is 11pm until 7am. Our neighbors live in the adjoining units and will call us and/or the poilice with noise complaints if excessive.
Check out time is 11am. Cleaners arrive 11:05am. If they can not begin cleaning at that time, the $175 cleaning fee will be passed on to you.

Absolutely loved this condo. There were six of us (three adults, three kids) and we had more than enough room. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I think one of the things that sets this place apart is the special touches - all linens were included, along with toilet paper, paper towels, Qtips, etc. Greta was fantastic, super responsive and answered all of my questions. It felt like home! Would definitely rent here again.

We stayed for three nights for a cheer competition. The place is so close to the convention center (can walk there in less than 5 minutes) and to the beach and boardwalk. The house is only a block away from the convention center. Most of the shops and restaurants starts next to the convention center, so it is very convenient. 2 parking spots are available.
