It would've been a great stay but the whole reason we booked was for the pool. And it wasn't open. They kept putting it off every 20-30 min before giving a definite no at 6. That was super frustrating. The staff was all so friendly and hotel very nice but pool not being open was a problem.

The breakfast was good awsome omlet station. I should have looked at location because it was 30 minutes away from things. The elevator was bad there is only 3 for all the floors to share so you had to waite somtimes for 10 minutes. The kids looked forward to swimming but the pool was closed and opened the morning we left. I did like how the living room area was divided from the bedroom so i could shut the door and not bother anyone when i got up

The stay was good. However we were not told the pool and hot tub were closed before or on check in. We had ppl actually direct us to the pool. We were told breakfast was til 10:30 it was only til 10. The drain in the bathroom is very backed up and the hot water faucet leaked. May want to look into the bathroom in room 802. Rest of the room was great.

Our stay was perfect! The atmosphere was fun and energetic(this could be because the college hockey team that was staying in the hotel won nationals while we were there)! The breakfast was great! The very small issues we had were resolved immediately!

We have stayed here previous years due to the beautiful building and the staff a few years ago was fantastic. This year we rolled in about an hour early after 16 hours in the car, arriving at 2:00. We asked if there is any chance the room is ready since its 3:00 check in. The response was 20-30 minutes, which is fine so we went and just waited in the car, went back in and was answered 3:00 because the house keeper went on break. This time we started unstrapping our luggage bags because there is 6 of us, 3:00 rolls around and we are told 20 min. 3:20 rolls by and am again told 20min. All said and done we waited almost 2 hours to get checked in, it was my pregnant wife and i and 4 kids, after driving that long we were going to sleep and the kids swim. Pool was closed, much like check in was told 30 min then 5:00 finally closed all night. So had to explain to a 6 year old how communication isn’t always the best.

The was clean enough and the beds were pretty comfy. But the room had a real tired look and feel. The carpet seam had split and duct tape was used to hold it down. The cold water handle fell off, the coffee maker didn't work, the desk chair was in rough shape, and the couch cushions had seen better days.

First negative review I’ve offered. Went for a trade show. Hotel has hardly any staff. Only had food service one night. Starbucks on site as closed, no staff. Room had a plunger and dirty rags in it when I checked in. Switched rooms. The night I could order dinner, it was 30 minutes (for just a a salad with chicken, they charged $19.00 for a single Jameson on the rocks. Tried to communicate to hotel staff but no one responded on the app chat. Fire alarm goes off at 1030pm… no explanation or concern, just “it happens all the time”…
