After a terrible experience at another motel, my wife was stressed, exhausted, and on the verge of tears. We were lucky enough to stumble upon this hotel and even luckier to be welcomed by Patricia, the owner. From the moment we walked in, she treated us not like guests, but like family. Patricia is an absolute rockstar. She went above and beyond to help my wife get settled, calming her nerves and ensuring she had everything she needed for a comfortable stay. Her kindness, empathy, and professionalism completely turned our trip around. The room was spotless, cozy, and clearly maintained with pride and care — a reflection of Patricia’s dedication to her guests and her business. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch in hospitality these days, but Patricia sets the standard. We loved this hotel compared to the others. It was a pleasant surprise. We arrived the day after a major holiday (4th July) the hotel was immaculate. The only thing I recommend is bring a broom or Tineco my room floor was covered in sand. We walked in and took our shoes off and felt it throughout the whole suite

Nice basic clean family hotel

Very clean ! Nice location! Elevator was broke when we arrived but management got right on with getting someone to repair it. Smoking was allowed outside the rooms. I would reccomend no smoking on premises.

I had a great stay at Ala Moana Motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect and close to everything, but still peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again!
