This apartment is on the first floor so the views are fantastic. Complete with BBQ on the balcony, this apartment ticks all the boxes for a perfect family holiday. A brand new golf buggy is also included (purchased 2020).


Our guests love the location of the Poinciana apartments - they really are central to everything. While you could walk everywhere - a golf buggy is included, perfect for exploring the Island.

Very tired and disappointing

The unit is very old and has many issues, the property manager did her best to help, spend the extra money, and stay at Qualia.

Poinciana 111

Not at all happy with the presentation of the unit, curtains only barley hanging from tracks, old and see through, no outdoor lounge chairs as shown in picture of unit, no light bulb in lamp in bedroom, screen door from main lounge to balcony did not open.. Sent email to property manager and they had someone come and try to re hang curtains but even they said the tracks were broken and the curtains too old and needed replacing.. Position of unit was very good and close to everything and check in & out and airport transfers were all great, just unit needs some major maintenance works completed.
