Unique because its on the beach and from the room we had it was very enjoyable watching the shipping in and out of the Tyne. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic generally. Not acceptable to run out of pastries and croissants half way through breakfast service on two mornings. Decaf coffee only available in powder form is not good enough in this day and age. Watered down squash in tumblers, served to Wedding guests, as the alternative to alcohol, is far from acceptable.
