Ocean view, modern recently outfitted 2 bed suite just steps to the White Rock beach and restaurants. This unit is licensed by the City of White Rock and complies with new provincial legislation. Level entry, no stairs. Unit has a full kitchen including dishwasher, quality cookware and fittings. There is in-suite laundry, one bathroom with a shower/tub. Heated polished concrete floors throughout, exposed engineered beams and open concept layout. In White Rock, 1 minute walk to beach. Dedicated driveway outside the door and is easiest with a small or medium vehicle. Bedroom one is larger and has a king sized bed and large closet. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a wardrobe. We can convert the two twins to a King-short upon advance request. Owners live in the upper unit of this home in case you need anything during your stay. Everyone is welcome in our home but please, no pets, parties, or smoking or drug use of any kind on the property. Reasonable tidiness during your stay is enormously appreciated. We pride ourselves in a well kept space. Our modest cleaning fee covers turnover/reset and not deep cleaning. Thank you for looking and hope to see you soon! Geoff and Gillian😊.

Wonderful in White Rock!
This property is fantastic! There is a cross walk directly out front that leads to public stairs that go directly to the waterfront. About a 2 minute walk. Very well equipped kitchen. The whole suite was very clean and tidy, and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view of White Rock Pier
This is our second time staying here - four sisters coming to visit parents in a seniors home. This is a great location, ground floor entry to have parents over for meals, a really good cooks kitchen, comfy beds and all the amenities, and an easy walk down to the waterfront and pier. Owners are so pleasant to deal with, and we hope to return again.

Premium accommodations on the water
If you’re visiting White Rock and wish to stay at a convenient and well kept home, look no further. This ground floor unit is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and located within walking distance to the famous White Rock pier. Our stay was very pleasant as our host Geoff took care of all our needs. We had a chance to walk up and down the hilly paths every day, which kept our cardio going! In the evenings we would pop over to the restaurants on the beach strip which were just down the steps from our location. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and take in the breathtaking views of White Rock. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay
Very impressive place and amazing hosts. Nice walk down to the pier and a good hike back (burned off that ice cream cone). Moby Dicks was a great place for fish and chips as well, about a 15 minute walk along the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay
My wife and I stayed here. Geoff was a perfect host, did a walk around with us showing us everything. This place is immaculate. Very clean, beds were very comfortable. A 5 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Great place!!
