Very nice property but we had no time for pool, massage or other offerings. We stayed in one of the cabins that had double queen beds. The beds were comfortable. However the refrigerator didn’t work. When we called to report it, there was no offer to fix it or bring a new one. Maybe the person that my friend talked to didn’t understand that because she asked where we could get ice after that. The tub had several hairs in it and the sink had some purple hair rinse left on the edge. Overall we were a little disappointed.

Unexpected Stay

Pros: The friendliness and quality of service.
Cons: no
Location: There are other plantations.
I 10 was shut down from Lafayette to Baton Rouge. So we decided to stop for the night. We were pleasantly surprised we could get a room. We stayed in a outlying building. Nice comfortable bed. The bar was small but very pleasant. The dinner and breakfast was quite nice. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, truly a beautiful place.Food-not.

Pros: The place itself and the grounds.
Cons: Staff needs polish, from check in (think KOA experience) and the food service needs to be upgraded.
Location: Nothing close.
The place itself was gorgeous, easy to find, if remote. The food however, was not good and since you are far away from other services or restaurants, your option is nil. The staff could also use an upgrade to match the absolutely beautiful facility!
