The Space:

Snow-dusted evergreens line the approach as you arrive to a quiet mountain retreat, where warmth greets you the moment you step inside. After full days on the slopes or winter trails, you return to glowing firelight, soft indoor warmth, and space to truly settle in. Evenings stretch comfortably between shared meals, movie nights, and slow moments that feel unrushed. This townhouse offers a calm, cozy rhythm that suits winter in Whistler perfectly.



Living spaces

Two separate living areas allow your group to gather or spread out with ease. The main level features an open layout with mountain-facing windows, a sectional arranged beside a 55" 4K Smart TV, Sonos Dolby soundbar, and an indoor fireplace that anchors the room on snowy evenings. Downstairs, a second living area includes a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound, creating a relaxed space for movies, games, or winding down after time outdoors.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for shared meals and winter mornings, with heated floors, stainless steel appliances, and ample space to cook together. A dining table seats eight, complemented by a breakfast bar with seating for three. Step out to the balcony to use the BBQ when conditions allow, adding a fresh alpine backdrop to home-cooked meals.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests. On the upper level, the primary bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, a gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while a third bedroom features a queen bed and wardrobe storage. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves this level.

Downstairs, one bedroom includes a king-split bed and a private ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub. The fifth bedroom also features a king-split bed and has access to a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Outdoor living & amenities

A dedicated mudroom entry makes winter transitions easy, with space for gear, a bench, and a boot dryer. The lower patio provides outdoor seating, and guests have access to a shared hot tub within the complex for relaxing after cold days outside. Additional amenities include wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, heating, private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and secure underground parking with additional street parking available.



Neighborhood

Located along the complimentary shuttle route, the townhouse offers straightforward access to Whistler Village, ski terrain, and winter trails around Lost Lake. The surrounding forest keeps the setting peaceful while remaining well connected to seasonal activities.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

Other Things to Note:

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
