This condo was there perfect location! You don' t need a car since everything you need is within a few minutes walk and the shuttle is right across the street. Great Stay

We stayed in summer. This was a good location and only a short walk to the village centre. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The pool was clean and a definite plus. The unit and grounds were clean and there were no noise issues. Communication with the owner was excellent with clear and easy check-in instructions delivered by text and email.

Very Nice

Comfortable stay! We stayed with another couple for one night only and even with the cleaning fee, we split the bill, and spent less than the expensive hotels in the area. The location seemed safe and secure. Found a nice brewery nearby - the Veza Sur. Great night after an uber ride and enjoying south Miami beach.

We liked the location and that that it slept 6. Unfortunately the sofa bed we wanted to use had not been cleaned, it was full of popcorn and the dirty bedding hadn’t been changed. We contacted the property manager who gave us the linen closet key code. We got the clean linen and changed the bedding ourselves. Also the fireplace didn’t work and we had to sleep a night in the freezing cold living room as the baseboard heater wasn’t producing enough heat for the room.

Perfect place for ski vacation

This place is all about location. Three minute walk (in ski boots!) to the 5 minute shuttle to the mountain. The unit itself is nice enough - a bit generic but not in a bad way. We had two minor issues: 1) though it worked, the small dryer was REALLY loud. The management company was aware and a piece was on order so presumably it'll be quiet for future guests. 2) someone left trash from another apartment on the landing outside the unit and it took three phone calls to get someone to come and deal with it. Also, note that the grocery store across the street closes at 7 so if you're driving in that day you should plan accordingly. That said, the unit itself was very clean and in good working order. It's great to have access to a pool. The management company was responsive and got us another frying pan when we needed it. It is so close to everything in town. A really great value. I would definitely rent again.

We stayed in the summer. There are no bug screens on the windows or patio doors so if you want to have the windows open you get lots of bugs, and the blinds don't block any light at all so don't expect to get much sleep if you or your kids don't sleep in daylight. That said, everything else was great. confortable beds, working applicances, clean, tidy, probably best pool and hot-tub in the market place area condos.

The property was spotlessly clean and well stocked with what you would need for a hassle-free stay. My one small criticism was that the blinds in the bedrooms weren't blockout so if you require dark to sleep then you will need to bring an eye-mask.

Nice and clean, and the location is really great, just across from Marketplace (IGA food store, liquor store and village). The common pool and hot tub are quite decent. Hot up is fairly big and hot! Shuttle stops just out fron to take you to the lifts in only a couple minutes, and runs constantly...very very convenient. Only downside is rather small..very few TV channels, which is not a big deal, unless you are a sports fan (hockey, etc). Great option overall and decent value.

We are across the street from the marketplace and village and 200 feet from the IGA. It was 100 feet to the ski shuttle that takes you to the gondola base. It's quiet there and there's a huge hot tub with lively conversations and a heated pool. What more could you ask for!

We had a very nice vacation at this condo. The location is very good (right across the street from the market and a number of restaurants). Slightly long walk to the base (fine for adults, a little long for our young kids), but everything is within walking distance. The weather was hot and the bedrooms (upstairs) were very warm, even with fans going in both bedrooms. This may have just been an unusually warm period of time. Nice to have a pool and hot tub in the complex. Overall, it was a good unit and we had a very nice stay there. Would recommend the condo for families.
