Beautiful rural house close to beach and amenities

Our house is a unique design with a Japanese flavour situated in a large garden of spray free vegetables, fruit and native trees. From our top bedroom there are peeks of the sea at beautiful Wharekaho Beach just 3 minutes walk away, while behind us is rolling farmland, home to a few friendly cows which sometimes roam the paddock across the fence. We have an open plan living room and kitchen which open onto decks on both sides where we often have breakfasts and barbeques. Guests are welcome to share vegetables from our well cared for garden. Your hosts Ross and Sumi will be in a caravan in a corner of the property and might sometimes need to maintain the property eg mow lawns etc. Please note that the upstairs bedroom is described as having a queen bed and a single futon. The futon is actually a single airbed as we were not given the airbed option by Vrbo in the bed selection option.

Gorgeous beach side stay

We had a wonderful time at Ross and Sumis place in Wharekaho. They were really helpful and accommodating. The place was clean and had plenty of amenities. Location is superb as it is only a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved the veggie garden and used the yummy fresh produce. Thanks both!

Beautiful hideaway with all facilities you could wish for. Lovely vibe of calmness and wellbeing throughout this home . Products all protecting the environment. Beach across the road with fabulous waves which we all enjoyed. A special home even allowing us to help ourselves to home grown salad from the vegetable patch . We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend this stay
