Our room was incredibly small for a double room. There was an additional single bed in the room! Could not work the TV. Car park was under construction so the parking situation was difficult. The hotel bar was great… good food, drink and atmosphere. All the staff were great. Would have been happier with a nicer room .

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

Lovely hotel. Food was top class and service was excellent. Would highly recommend. The only negative was the heating. Heating only came on at certain times and as the weather was pretty bad when we were there, the room was quite cold at times.

The room was stiflingly hot and the radiator didn’t cool down until the middle of the night. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers and when I requested they were changed we were like eft one refill on the side
