Cozy & Cute Studio Cabin, Pet Friendly with Large Deck On The Lakeshore

This cute Cabin 10 has been re-modeled and modernized. It contains one queen bed with new mattress and has available one twin-size high profile, self-regulating air bed for a child or a third adult. It is the closest cabin to the shore of beautiful Lake Almanor. It is located in Almanor Lakeside Resort on the peninsula at the mouth of Big Cove. Bedding & towels are provided. The kitchen is well furnished with all the necessities. There is a flat screen Smart TV and DVD player for your down-time enjoyment. This cabin is a few feet from the boat launch ramp and boat slips. It has three new large vinyl windows with screens to catch those wonderful evening breezes off the lake. The jewel of this cabin is the large deck over-looking the lake which holds an outside dining table and chairs, propane gas grill and latching gate to contain pets and children. The views are stunning. The cabin has a propane heater and an electric heater for those cool mornings and evenings and a ceiling fan for the warmer afternoons. Cable TV and internet are provided by the resort. There is a large lawn area with picnic tables and doggie station for the use of all resort guests. Each cabin rental includes a free boat slip for the length of your stay. Docks are usually in the water by April 15th through October 31st.
We collect a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax plus a 3% Feather River Tourism Marketing District (FRTMD) Fee payable to Plumas County Tax Collector.

Great lil cabin right on the water. Perfect for my husband and I and of course our dog. It was a nice getaway for my birthday. It rained one day, but I just sat on the deck with my coffee and listen to it rain and watched the lake. There is a nice store, restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance. We went in mid April and had the whole place to ourselves. We loved it. The hosts are amazingly considerate and respond quickly to ANY questions you may have. We definitely plan to return.

This is a cozy cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. It was a perfect little getaway place for my wife's Birthday. There is a great restaurant avaliable right across the street with delicious food. There is also a store by the restaurant with just about anything you need if you don't want to travel far from the cabin, and just enjoy a quiet getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I (and 2 dogs) enjoyed our 2 night trip. The cabin is lakefront with beautiful views. Despite the cold weather, we were able to sit on the front deck and play games. My husband our pooch and I were looking for a quiet weekend and we got just that. It was so quiet. The cabin has great views and in the summer perfect spot to swim. We went to Susanville (casino) and that was fun. The indian falls trail is quick with a beautiful waterfall. Chester is pretty close for thrifting, we went to all 3 and found some cool stuff. Always nice to support a little community. Didnt try the restaurants as the kitchen has all you need. We left some k cups and cooking oil for the next guest. We cant wait to come back. Booking one of the bigger ones to bring our kids.
