Good as a quick stopover

Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us.

Disgusting and filthy

Absolutely dreadful. The place was filthy and smelly. The host promised a refund. Have yet to hear back from her and she hasn't repaid my deposit. I will be taking the matter further.
