Private fully air-conditioned Villa. Perfect couples getaway!

The split level villa enjoys high ceilings and bright natural light. It is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.
Both the master and guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a pull out couch in the master bedroom in needed (very small, only for child)

The large terrace is perfect for sun lounging and outdoor dining, with stunning views of the lake and landscaped gardens. Guests will have no problem relaxing in this modern and well-maintained villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, wall oven, electric stove top, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
Bath and beach towels are provided.

The villa is exceptionally located on the West Coast of Barbados, where beautiful beaches are only 5-10 minutes away.

The Royal Westmoreland Clubhouse has a bar and restaurant and is just a short walk away from the villa.

Luxury lifestyle centre, Limegrove, where guests can enjoy duty free shopping and a variety of restaurants, is also just a 5-10 minute drive from the Cassia Heights neighbourhood.

Other nearby attractions include Sea Shed Restaurant, The Lone Star Restaurant and Mullins Bay.

PLEASE NOTE: Our villa does not have membership to Royal Westmoreland facilities such as pool, gym, tennis courts.

Golf, the rum shack and club house dining can be used by any guests.

We offer a weekly cleaner. Any rental that is 10 nights or more, a cleaner will be provided once a week to change linens, towels, clean living, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & sweep and mop.

This is an older villa on the Royal Westmorland Estate, it’s in a beautiful location. The rental price is very reasonable, but reflects the condition and it doesn’t have social benefits like use of the gym, swimming pools or the fabulous Rum Shack pub. It has a lovely renovated deck overlooking the lake for dining and comfortable chairs and sunbeds for relaxing. The villa design with high ceilings and large windows is very attractive. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area is a bonus. Elizabeth the housekeeper was friendly and very good. We asked the owners for Elizabeth to attend on extra days and paid Elizabeth directly. We stayed nearly a month in February, we regularly visit Barbados and really enjoy staying on the Royal Westmorland estate. There are many other villas available with the full membership and more modern but the prices are much higher. This villa was very comfortable, we regularly cooked, good washing machine and separate dryer. We had a great stay! Thanks !

Such a shame . This wonderful villa needs a lot of modernisation. Doors rotting away. Many lights not working. No outside lamps to the entrance . Pitch black. Sun beds available but no mattresses. Tea towels and towels pretty much all stained. Also they have a wonderful club house and rum shack restaurant which you cannot use . We were rejected because the villa has no pass . They forgot to mention that

Nice Relaxing Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Royal Westmoreland. It was a nice place to relax after driving the roads of Barbados. Most enjoyed the privacy, except for the occasional landscape worker; watching the birds roosting in the evening; being able to cool off with good working air conditioners; and having only a short drive to Holetown and other points of interest. Also preferred this area of the island since it didn't seem to be quite as populated as the Bridgetown/Oistins area. Interior was nicely decorated and plenty of kitchen supplies to do some cooking. Took a few minutes to figure out the electric stove for us but worked fine once we did. Except for salt and pepper, you may need to bring your own spices and condiments. On the negative side, the patio needed much upkeep and cleaning. Was also somewhat disappointed that the Clubhouse Restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. Considering price and location, I would stay here again.
