Stayed here numerous times and will alway stay there again when I am in Westminster. Service is always friendly and on top of everything. Housekeeping is fantastic.

It was quiet and safe. The room had rough beds that you could tell where down to the springs. It made noise when you moved at the slightest turn or move. There was also a constant dripping noise coming from the corner of the room. All night.

Wrong room key

When I was checked in I was given a key to a room that was already assigned to another guest. When I opened the door I noticed that someone else's stuff was on the floor. I immediately closed the door and went to the front desk. Thank goodness I didn't walk in on someone getting dressed or getting out of the shower.

Cons: The staff need to be more helpful and friendly attitudes of staff need to be improve.
We did not feel welcome the first day we checked in. And when I asked to speak with the Mananger regarding my bill, they said she is not available. The staffs at the front des are very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I would never go there again nor I would recommend anyone to use that hotel. When I asked for a copy of the receipt of my payment, they refused to give it to me. I believed I am entitled to require a copy of the payment.

Dear Mr. Vo, I would like to start off by apologizing that you felt unwelcome upon your departure. We would never want any of our guests to feel such way so when we receive feedback such as the one left, we take it very seriously. Based on our previous conversation regarding your receipt we are glad to have not only been able to resend your copy but also to have been able to see that there was only a single charge as opposed to the double charge that was initially mentioned. We would also like to apologize regarding the misunderstanding regarding our check in policy. As stated in all of our booking sites our check in begins at 3:00 p.m. We do our best to accommodate any early check ins but unfortunately are not able to guarantee them due to factors such as: late check outs, cleaning processes, room inspections, and overall traffic from the previous nights. We are however glad to have been able to get you in earlier than the guaranteed time despite you having to wait. For any future reservations, whether it be at our location or any hotel in general, we always advise any guests that anticipate an early check in to notify the property in order to make a note of the request. That way the property is aware of such requests and are able to plan ahead in the attempt to satisfy our guests' needs. Noisy Hotel near a busy road (Beach Blvd)

We stayed here for almost a week and on the very first night I told the front desk that our room's door had gaps around the door. The room faced directly towards the street so I had a hard time sleeping because of the noisy cars. This place needs to update the windows and doors to keep the noise out. There were no elevators at this place. The supposed heated pool wasn't heated so my kids were freezing. However, the breakfast area in the lobby was good and the day staff were friendly. It had a variety of continental stuff to choose from and a make it yourself waffle maker. Lighting in the bathroom was a little dim. I would say because of the noise, light sleepers should stay elsewhere if you want some zzzzs.

The hotel was conveniently located, comfortable, clean and quiet.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Everything concerning my stay at this hotel went off without a hitch. It was economically priced, close to the freeways, my room was large, clean and comfortable, and there was included cable tv, including Showtime as well as free internet. The included continental breakfast was more than adequate, and the the staff was courteous and helpful. Nice stay.
