We loved our stay at Art Hotel Commericianti. The whole hotel is beautiful, especially the rooms. The staff was also wonderful and they helped us make a dinner reservation. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Bologna.

We loved our suite in an annex apartment — spacious, contemporary, and comfortable. Our only problem was the 3 flights of stairs as my husband is elderly. I hadn’t noticed when I booked. But the staff were very accommodating with showing us the way to get there and carrying our luggage upstairs.

Very nice hotel, we had two of the annex apartments around the corner from the hotel. The apartments were clean, very nicely appointed, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Lots of shopping in the area as well as history since you are in the center of Bologna. We walked each day to the train station which is bout a 20 min walk, not bad. The only complaint I have was one night the restaurant in the alley next to our room was VERY noisy up till 12:30am maybe 1:00am. My wife and I felt like we were lying in the ,idle of the restaurant it was so loud. Just be aware if you are in room 403, that’s a possibility.

Fantastic Hotel in centre of Bologna

Lovely hotel in the centre of Bologna and just off the main square. Excellent location for the centre. The hotel itself is an historic building which has been refurbished to the highest standard whilst keeping the traditional fixtures and fittings so loads of charm. Breakfast was incredible loads of choice especially if you have a sweet tooth! Staff were polite and informative. Would highly recommend. A real gem.
