My stay at Kelly Inn West was great! My family and I arrived earlier than scheduled and were able to check-in early. Vereniz gave great suggestions on local restaurants and was accommodating in providing a crib for my son. We stayed in the King Suite, which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast station was always stocked and clean every morning and tasted great. Each day they had a different main dish with other breakfast staples, we enjoyed the variety each morning. The location of the Inn was down the street from the Yellowstone entrance which made access very easy!

It was a nice hotel, clean, quiet,new, and a great location in the park and restaurants. The bed was a bit too firm, but good condition. The breakfast was just the usual, not good quality food.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with four pillows to choose from. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast and the staff was very polite and kept the food trays filled. The outdoor firepit was nice to sit by every evening.

Nice place, close to park entrance

Nice hotel in the heart of everything. The best was the breakfast. Lots to choose from and changed everyday. Our room was ok. We got the jetted tub room and the tub was a little dirty but not bad. It was nice to soak in after the long rides. Staff was awesome and very helpful. I would stay here again.

The property could use a few more parking spaces, but it is adequate. The staff here seems ready to help and make any reasonable accommodations. It is clean and is easily walkable to shopping and good local eats. Just outside the west entrance to Yellowstone NP. Having booked during the government shutdown, I booked this quickly after I found out that the park will still be accessible in spite. I was booked one day short, but the staff here just kept our room until we returned. They added the additional night for the same rate. They tried to contact me when i was in the park but no cell service way out there. They kept their cool and simply waited for our return. So yes, they will work with you.

We stayed in the Grizzly building. Everything was nice. We could get hot chocolate when we came in from the day in Yellowstone park. It was super close to the Yellowstone entrance and had several restaurants in the area. The room was nice and had no bad odors - I always take an air cleaner with me because of sensitivities to smells. I would stay here again, if we are in the area!

The hotel was ok. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and the doona too thin. The heating was very quick to heat the room but very noisy and it woke us repeatedly when it turned on through the night. It was a very cold period -4C Breakfast was ok. I bought my own berries as the ones on offer were frozen every day. The hotels position is great, close to town and the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park The laundry was clean and easy to access I would recommend the hotel as the bathroom was good ( a proper shower no curtain) and comfortable bed. We stayed in a king room in the grizzly building

Misleading “Pet Friendly” Listing and Rude Staff. We booked this property because Expedia listed it as pet friendly. After checking in, we were rudely approached by staff who said our dogs needed to be registered — something never mentioned during booking or at check-in. Our dogs were very well behaved the entire time, yet we were still treated poorly. Given the high price of the rooms and the unprofessional attitude of the staff, we decided to request a refund and leave. If you’re expecting a truly dog-friendly experience, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
