We stayed in the Grizzly building. Everything was nice. We could get hot chocolate when we came in from the day in Yellowstone park. It was super close to the Yellowstone entrance and had several restaurants in the area. The room was nice and had no bad odors - I always take an air cleaner with me because of sensitivities to smells. I would stay here again, if we are in the area!

The hotel was ok. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and the doona too thin. The heating was very quick to heat the room but very noisy and it woke us repeatedly when it turned on through the night. It was a very cold period -4C Breakfast was ok. I bought my own berries as the ones on offer were frozen every day. The hotels position is great, close to town and the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park The laundry was clean and easy to access I would recommend the hotel as the bathroom was good ( a proper shower no curtain) and comfortable bed. We stayed in a king room in the grizzly building

This place checks all of the boxes. We stayed 3 days while we toured Yellowstone, and loved every minute of it. Excellent staff and a beautiful property. You won’t be disappointed!

Misleading “Pet Friendly” Listing and Rude Staff. We booked this property because Expedia listed it as pet friendly. After checking in, we were rudely approached by staff who said our dogs needed to be registered — something never mentioned during booking or at check-in. Our dogs were very well behaved the entire time, yet we were still treated poorly. Given the high price of the rooms and the unprofessional attitude of the staff, we decided to request a refund and leave. If you’re expecting a truly dog-friendly experience, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We chose the Kelly Inn due to it’s proximity to the West entrance to Yellowstone. 5 minutes or less to the gate. We were in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa and small table and chairs and a separate chair with foot rest. The room was very large and comfortable and clean. I worked remotely andthe cords for laptops, iPads and phones were able to all be connected on the top of the small table which was very convenient. The room also had a microwave and small refrigerator which was great as we packed our lunch to take with us into the park every day. The was a good selection for breakfast every day. The main egg dish changed daily plus the sides to accompany the eggs. Easy walking to town for shopping or lunch or dinner. Great for couples or families. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
