Welcome to our cottage close to many attractions Yarmouth has to offer. Located on Route 28 right across from Cape Cod Inflatable Park with Water Park. Steps away from ice cream shops, miniature golf courses, gift shops and many more attractions. Short 5-6 minute drive to Colonial Acres beach, Seagull Beach, Parker River Beach, and seafood restaurants.
The space
This cute little cottage is half of a duplex. It features fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with complimentary bath amenities, living room with electric fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, window A/C unit, 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and twin over full bunk bed, small backyard with BBQ and ample sitting area, outdoor shower.
We provide bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows in both bedrooms.
