Family Cottage Big yard w\Fire Pit & Outside Shower Walk to beaches 1PVT Pets OK

Our cottage has been in the family since the 1950's. My grandfather added a 3rd bedroom (thru the front BR) which is great for parents with small children. Although the shower inside works, it's the outside shower that everyone uses. Big yard, fire pit and clothesline for towels out back. Crowell Beach Association (pass included) and Seagull Beach( cash only at gate to park)are both very close.

Drew was there to meet us at check-in and explained all aspects of the property. The location is perfect, a short walk to the private beach and Seagull Beach. The home is quintessential Cape Cod and located in a quiet neighborhood. We definitely plan to return next Summer!

Cute little cottage in a great location

We had a lovely stay at this quaint little cottage. It has a great outdoor shower and nice backyard with a fire pit. Some of the things to be aware of was there’s no air-conditioning in the kitchen is a bit small. However, our family of five truly enjoyed the cottage experience, playing corn hole in the yard, enjoying the fire.. and playing cards at night. Having a private beach and a public beach to choose from was really a wonderful thing to have. Good part of Yarmouth with everything accessible. I highly recommend Drew as a wonderful host. He was very responsive and welcoming. We felt quite cozy and comfortable in his cottage and would go again.

Great cottage and location

We fully enjoyed our stay at the cottage in West Yarmouth. The property manager, Drew, went out of his way to make our stay there as comfortable and pleasant as possible. This was our first time renting a Vrbo property and we couldn't wish for a better host! The cottage is a gem, with its six beds, all possible amenities, and an outdoor shower we didn't know we would love so much. It was great to have breakfast at a picnic table outside in the morning and roast marshmallows by the fire after a long day of exploring Cape Cod. The location itself is great, too. The cottage is within walking distance from two beaches, a small private Crowell Rd. Beach and a large public Seagull Beach. It's also close to the restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions in and outside West Yarmouth. We highly recommend this cottage! Thank you, Drew and Lisa, for making this a great experience for our family!
