This home is extremely overvalued and not worth the stay, over the last 6 years I’ve traveled the world and stayed at exclusively luxury properties. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had.1.) The home has no available master bedroom, with 60% of the home locked off including cupboards, shelves, and rooms it feels like the opposite of a welcoming home.2.) I stayed at this property during the holidays, I was to have a family dinner as I was in Asia for 8 months and they charged me an extra 200 for 2 of my family members to come over for dinner. They didn’t end up coming over and they refused to refund the 200.3.) The host is extremely untrusting to the point where it makes you uneasy. I was asked if I was going to have a party 4 or 5 times after explicitly saying I wasn’t. On top of that I was asked the names of the visitors (my family) and what days visitors would be coming to stop by and say hello.4.) Checkout is at 11:00am, we checked out at 11:15am and are requesting an extra 1,000 for that 15 minute timeframe. We didn’t impede on maids or cleaning process. 1,000 charge for 15 minutes.This is the worst and most unfriendly experience I’ve ever had renting a home. I wouldn’t consider this home luxury, in fact the opposite.
