The Space:

The house is fully equipped and consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. In the large balcony you will enjoy relaxing evening with the company of your favorite drink and the soothing sounds of the sea. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable vacation such as refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tv, iron, hair dryer, air-condition, wi-fi.

The property is located right on the beach of Archontiko, near a mini market, traditional taverns, restaurants and bars for your nightlife. Within a short distance you will also enjoy many beautiful beaches such as Almyros, Mikri Mantineia, Kalamata and the sandy beach of Santova. The international airport of Kalamata is just 15km away.

The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events all year round, and features great historical interest. You will visit its medieval castle and many museums, walk through the streets of the historic center, the large park with the award-winning outdoor train museum and shop at the local stores.

- The medieval castle town of Mystras (63km) and Sparta (66km) through a route of extraordinary natural beauty on the slopes of Taygetos.
