Quaint, well kept, 3 bedroom Cape Cod cottage located in Harwich. Perfectly situated only 4/10's of a mile to Earle Road Beach along Nantucket Sound. Upon entering the home you will find a comfortable living area that flows into the well equipped kitchen. From there you will find a light and bright dining area, the ideal spot to have your morning coffee or play late night games with the family. Each bedrooms offers window air conditioning in addition to a portable a/c in the front family room.
This home offers a large sunroom with TV (streaming services only), with a queen size sleeper sofa for additional comfort. The back deck area is accessible from both the dining area and sun room. Here, you will find seating for 6, a gas grill, patio table and umbrella. There is also a wood fire pit with chairs and enclosed outdoor shower for those warm summer nights.
Special Notes: Home offers streaming services only, no cable. Bathroom has a stand up shower only, no bathtub.
