I stayed here for a month and the Host responded promptly and was very accommodating. All appliances worked properly and kitchen/dining utensils were all in working condition. There were issues however with climate control, furniture quality, and water pressure. Upon arrival the switch next to the door did not work, so when feeling around, I very nearly touched an exposed outlet at light switch height. The climate control in both the living room and bedroom are two window mounted AC units and two heating units (radiators most likely). The heat is perpetually set to on, so you need to turn the AC on to counteract the heat. Additionally, both couches, were unstable and of lower quality (as were all of the tables apart from the coffee table). Additionally, while the bathroom was very clean, the shower pressure was very weak (I don't believe this would be the fault of the host however, rather the building manager). Overall, this is a good place to stay if you're looking for something for a few nights, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a week.
