1-night stays are subject to availability. 1-night reservations incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in.
Monthly stays require a signed rental contract. Due to steep monthly discounts, there will be a starter pack of amenities, limited hospitality service and biweekly housekeeping (including bedding change).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Refundable security deposit required. Payable at least 1 day prior to check-in. - Stays of 1-4 nights: A pre-authorised hold of USD 800 will be placed on your most recent card on file. No charge is captured unless in the (rare) event of damages or outstanding expenses. The hold is automatically released after checkout, assuming no issues. - Stays of 5+ nights: The security deposit will be charged to your card and fully refunded within 7-14 days after checkout, assuming no damages or outstanding expenses. - Monthly stays (28+ nights): Security deposit of USD 3000 is required.

TERMS
We reserve the right to relocate guests to comparable or upgraded accommodation at no additional cost if the booked unit becomes unavailable for operational reasons.
