There was absolutely no water pressure when we took a shower. The lighting was terrible. The room was not bright. No staff available. You had to call if you had an issue. However, will give them thumbs up for being pet friendly.

It wasnt worth the price we paid. The room was clean but dated. Dangerous looking ceiling fan. Beds need to be updated, very uncomfortable.Only one very small trash can in room. No iron nor hair dryer. Did self check in all on line there was no staffing at desk.

It was a terrible MOTEL. It was run down. Furniture was ugly and outdated. The bed was literally on the floor. The tv remote did not work. We had to put the coffee maker on a chair to be able to use it. Whoever painted did an awful job.

Rooms were clean and basic. Staff that we encountered were friendly. Had to do a precheck in on the computer as the front desk is not staffed. The pool was clean as well. Not able to walk to the beach but that was ok with us. The shower had poor pressure. The beds need updating.

Up to Maine (our old home) just for an overnight to bring our dog to be taken care of while we’re overseas. Email Confirmation for hotel didn’t include the code for our room door or what # or room was. No one at front desk-had to call provided # to get it sorted out & also pay for the dog being in room. But-individual we dealt with on phone was polite/helpful & got us finalized over the phone swiftly.

Not worth the price

Checking in there were hidden fees for an extra guest even if we added 3 people to reservation - I mean we booked a two bedroom house why would we not have more than 2 people? The bathroom floor was dirty, hair, dirt and dead bugs. No real shampoo or conditioner to use just weird packets. Check in was a little clunky. Screen was broken on porch. You could tell the place was recently renovated but hardly. Paint all over the place, broken frames on art, sand everywhere. All around a mid stay for a heavy price.

This place was the absolute hands down worst and filthiest place I’ve ever step foot on. Walking into the room was such an oppressive sensation that is hard to describe. It felt like sad and lonely to the point where upon examining the state of the actual guest room, and its levels of cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene, we decided to book a completely separate accommodation for the evening as we were scared to even step foot back on the property itself. Also, the one staff member who was working was absolutely horrendous and incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. :( I wouldn’t let even the 21 year old version of myself stay at this property. I’m embarrassed and ashamed for them. Do yourself a favor, do not allow this place to be associated with Expedia whatsoever, and never encourage anybody to seek this out as an accommodation even if for a single night. Terrible. Not even half-star.

Urine stains on the bed

I found a very large urine stain on the mattress cover. Looking further, there were urine stains on other areas of the bed as well and what looked to be a small blood stain. It was absolutely disgusting!!

At check in, a new employee tried to charge me again for a room already paid in full. The cabin was better than expected and mostly clean. However, there was an old blood stain on one of the pillow cases and hair left in the shower. There are no surfaces or places to put anything down, especially in the bathroom. Very hard to get ready in the morning! No paper towels or kitchen towels so we had to use one from the bathroom. It was good for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't stay for a full week. Dog friendly places are hard to find though so I do appreciate that and we liked having a cabin to ourselves and not being in a hotel room.

This is a great pet friendly central location to both Wells and Ogunquit. The room was clean, and the staff was really helpful. There is a nice pool and grills for BBQing.

Place had a quarter inch of dust on ceiling fan and slime from cleaning with a dirty rag on the fridge. Owner refused to refund money and has a kid running the office that has no authority to do anything and said basically to bad. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable establishment to stay
