The location was convenient and good to have onsite parking. The rooms were small but warm and bed was comfortable. The room hadn't been vacuumed properly for a long time. Dust all along the skirting board and carpets around edges. The hallways also hadn't been cleaned or maintained for a while. Didn't have a very welcoming feel to the hotel.

The building is old, but more than servicible for a few nights in Wellington. The main thing is that most hotel rooms here don'thave windows and the bathroom door is a barndoor that leaves a gap wide enough to see somebody sitting on the toilet when you are standing at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is very lacking in privacy in that regard...

I stayed for 2 nights, in a Queen bed room with small window. I found the room clean and property in good condition. AC worked!! They have a self check-in Kiosk which was very easy to use. There have two levels of parking, though I didn't have to use it. It is located 5-10 mins walk from main CBD.
