Beautiful views

Absolutely gorgeous views of the harbor from our room. Beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and room just perfect. Quiet air conditioning and cool whenever we needed. Enjoyed the bar area to gather at night and lounge watching tne Australian Open on tv with drinks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice room if you are getting a harbour view room, restaurant menu was great for us as vegetarian had lots of Indian fusion. Could do with some maintenance and refresh in terms of hallways etc. However overall lovely staff and room amenities etc.

The property was good and staff great. Was close to town and beautiful stay. Only downfall is even though you pay in advance they still require a $320 safety deposit for your stay that you get returned up to 7 days after staying. I belive this is rough on families asking for this much in advance even after you had already paid for accommodation. I stayed for 5 days.

A nice hotel, in a great location on the waterfront. Close to public transport and the Te Papa museum. Room was spacious with a clean, modern bathroom. Helpful staff and reception were able to store my luggage for the day. Dated furniture in the bedroom with marks and stains but sheets and towels were clean. I would stay here again.
