Located on the St. John’s River, with a 24 foot boat slip, you will have access to grills, a fire pit, pool and outdoor kitchen. It is located in close proximity to serval popular restaurants and bars which offer live music and entertainment. The public boat ramp is just down the street, providing easy access to launch your boat and arrive within minutes to the condominium docks. St Johns fishing trip
Great apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Absolutely no where to park a boat while connected to your truck and no where to plug in a battery charger. Overall a good stay. Beautiful view and very quite.
