Wonderful, Comfortable stay outside Heilbronn

Our stay here was wonderful! Our host was excellent, very responsive and most helpful. The lovely apartment is spacious, bright, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location is tucked at the end of a quiet street with a walking trail close by. There is a large grocery store a short drive away (Kaufland), and an excellent restaurant in town (Lorca). We would happily stay here again, thank you Marta!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, Bad und Toilette wurden gerade sehr schön renoviert. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Weinberg, mit der S-Bahn in 10 Minuten in Heilbronn.

Sauber und schön

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön zwischen Weinbergen (gut zum Wandern) und ist auch gut erreichbar mit Zug/S-Bahn über Heilbronn. Alles war sehr sauber und hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon. Allerdings ist es eine Dachwohnung, die im Sommer natürlich sehr heiß werden kann. Darauf sollte man sich ggf. einstellen.

Super Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage

Die Unterkunft wurde zwar für eine Geschäftsreise genutzt, aber sie ist auch super als Urlaubsunterkunft geeignet. Vermieter waren super freundlich. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Keine Beanstandung! Und wer Retro mag, der wird das Bad lieben. ;o)

Wie zu Hause

Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Baby angereist. Dafür war die Fewo perfekt. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet! Handtücher und Endreinigung waren im Preis enthalten und die Eigentümerin immer für einen netten Plausch zu haben. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden die Fewo immer wieder buchen!

Eine SUPER***-Ferienwohnung!

Die FeWo ist von einer äußerst freundlichen Vermieterin, die im Erdgeschoß des Hauses wohnt, in puncto Ausstattung und Sauberkeit auf einem Niveau gehalten, als würde sie selbst täglich darin leben. Es ist einfach alles da, was man benötigt (Geschirr, Geräte etc.), alles ist tiptop sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und luftig, die Ausstattung ist wohldurchdacht bis hin zu Insektenschutzgittern vor allen Fenstern. Die FeWo liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, das Auto kann man vor dem Haus parken, ins Ortzentrum von Weinsberg geht man ca. 5 Minuten (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten), ca. 10 Minuten läuft man zum Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit der S-Bahn in ca. 15 Fahrminuten mitten ins Zentrum von Heilbronn gelangt (durchaus überlegenswert wegen der für Ortsunkundige schwierigen Parkplatzsituation). Im Ort Weinsberg selbst ist nicht allzu viel geboten, aber als Ausgangspunkt für Ferientage in Heilbronn und Umgebung ist diese Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für ein Wochenende gebucht, um die Bundesgartenschau in Heilbronn zu besuchen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hell, sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines freistehenden Einfamilienhauses, in dem im Erdgeschoss / 1. Stock die Familie der Vermieterin wohnt. An- und Abreise sowie der Aufenthalt waren unkompliziert, wir durften am Abreisetag sogar etwas länger in der Wohnung bleiben. Von der Vermieterin Frau Schoenebeck bekamen wir noch ein paar nützliche Tipps zur Bundesgartenschau und zu umliegenden Restaurants. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Rührige Vermieterin und alles Tip Top in herrlicher Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete, großzügige FeWo in schöner Lage

Wir haben diese FeWo über einen längeren Zeitraum als Übergangswohnung nach unserem Umzug aus Übersee gemietet. Sie liegt in ruhiger Umgebung in der Nähe einer von Weinbergen umgebenen alten Burgruine. Die Wohnung verfügt neben einem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon über eine separate Küche, 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Bad (mit Badewanne und Dusche), eine separate Toilette sowie eine Abstellkammer. Die FeWo ist vollständig ausgestattet, hat WLAN, die Benutzung der Waschmaschine im Keller ist komplikationslos möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie war sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich zu machen. Weinsberg liegt idyllisch. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten können erschlossen werden. Es gibt ein Freibad sowie einen Kletterpark im Ort, einen Badesee der mit Fahrrad oder Auto gut zu erreichen ist und zahlreiche Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Heilbronn ist in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Idyllisch gelegene, komfortable und großzügige FeWo und sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben die Wohnung als Zwischenunterkunft für unsere 4-köpfige Familie gebucht für unseren Umzug von USA nach Deutschland. Von Beginn an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden nach einem langen Flug mit frisch gebackenem Kuchen begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist großzügiger als die Fotos vermuten lassen und hat alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieterin wohnt selbst im Erdgeschoss und ist jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Fuße von Weinbergen und einer alten Burgruine. Ein toller Kletterpark ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ort verfügt über alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Post etc. Insgesamt können wir uneingeschränkt diese Wohnung empfehlen.
