Liked: Check-in, listing accuracy
We had messaged them about issues we were having with some light bulbs being out and remotes not working. And they said they would send somebody out but no one ever came out and then the washer stopped working and we still didn't get somebody out there to fix that before we left. The remote weren't such a big deal but the lights outside I would have liked to have had fixed while we were there especially one was facing the hot tub and the other one was facing the driveway.
