The front desk person was rude and checked us in before we knew the hot tub was closed. When we asked if we can cancel because we booked only for the hot tub they said we couldn’t because we were “checked in” we haven’t left the lobby yet. Terrible experience with the terrible “customer service” I come skiing a lot in Wausau and wanted to try a more expensive place for my special trip and now me and everyone I know will stay far away from this place.
