We had an okay stay at Manitou Mineral Springs, but there are a few areas that need attention. On the positive side, the check-in process was decent and the hotel was generally clean. We also noticed a significant improvement in the restaurant's food quality—we truly enjoyed our meals! ​However, we encountered a few issues: ​Smoking/Safety: Our room was located near an exit where the door was frequently left propped open. People would smoke right at the doorway, causing smoke to drift directly into our room. Additionally, there is a cigarette disposal pail leaning against the building; this feels like a fire hazard and the smoking area should be moved further away from the hotel. ​Service Speed: While the servers were very friendly and polite, the service was incredibly slow. ​With some adjustments to the smoking policy and faster service in the dining room, the experience would be much better.

The room was lovely, very clean. Bed was very comfy, pillows perfect. We enjoyed our many relaxing dips in the pool and ate a couple times from the pool food source. Great food, great service. The staff all around were very friendly.

The pool in very bad shape but will be closing for repair. Happy with the room this time. Nice view. No insect spray. Close to the desk. Tell me why every time I book a room through Expedia I have to get a new credit card.
