Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Pros:Avari Mgt communication and customer service was VERY good. Well done!Location was perfect. If anything the pictures on the listing undersold the value of the location.Amenities (dock, pool, beach, etc.) were great!Cons:Listing noted 7 beds. There were only 6.Listing noted 3 king beds. There was only 1 and the other 2 were queens.Lots of cobwebs and spiders. Parking extra vehicles is a bit of a pain given there were only 2 parking passes provided.Master bath shower drain is unsecured. Foot slipped through and into drain. Gross. Over all it was a great experience. Just needs some minor updates. Can’t stress the top notch customer service from the Avari Team. Great job guys!
