The property is beautiful, the staff mostly friendly and the rooms nice. However, anything relating to dining makes this place a nightmare. Their desserts are inedible. The maitre are rude, and because of restaurant renovations, they spill the dining room into corridors making it uncomfortable to use the facilities or even cross the hotel.

The hotel was located right across from the White House. Conveniently located to many amazing restaurants and sites. We will definitely be back!

The Willard was pure magic during the holidays, beautifully decorated, warm, and elegant without ever feeling stiff.
