The room was clean and in order. The staff was super helpful and kind. I wanted to leave my things there early at the hotel and then go explore the museums and then check in later and the staff was so helpful. They allowed me to check in early without any additional fees or anything. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel was easiy accessible by bus from the train station, and it did appear to have on-premesis parking. The main areas and room were clean and seemed recently updated and the breakfast offerings were on par with other hot continental breakfasts. It was very convenient to the concert venue I was going to and to take the bus to dinner. It's in a lower-income area, which wasn't a problem but may surprise visitors who aren't familiar with that part of DC.

We had a fantastic stay here and highly recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and our room was spotless with a beautiful view of the property. A huge highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which offered fresh, high-quality options every morning. Pro tip: Book a room on the higher floors for the quietest experience and the best views. We will definitely be back!

This was an awful experience! We got there at 1:20am after a concert, checked in, left to get food came back. Went in to a huge centipede running across the bedroom floor and under the bed. We left by 2am.

There was a railroad track, literally right behind the motel, and every 5 minutes a train would go through and you could hear every single train that went by parking was Very tight and cost 12 a night

The hotel was acquired by Holiday Inn Express. It is under construction, rather being renovated. The bathroom was updated. The bed was comfortable. The linen left me itchy, The exterior of the property made me a little nervous. It sits on the strip where there is a lot of activity and close to a not so desirable hotel. The management and staff were helpful and pleasant. If you are seeking a hotel with potential that is reasonably priced and the parking is $15, by all means book.
