This property is strictly drug free and has a no smoking policy. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal substances is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay with all remaining nights paid forfeited. A minimum fee of $1,500 applies if smoking is detected or suspected, including evidence found through disclosed exterior security cameras. If you smoke or are considering smoking during your visit, please do not book this property.
NO PARTIES / NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS:
No parties. No additional guests allowed unless approved by hosts. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1000 and termination of the reservation with all remaining nights paid forfeited.
