Really good and easy property location bit south from DC and further into Maryland. The primary room was clean and organized, while the sleep couch was also clean (you would have to set up the sleeper but there were bedding and liners for it). The property came with toiletries and basic cookware along with utensils. I also really appreciated the bath towels and (especially) the snacks and water bottles on the table, along with a sweet note from the host. While I didn't notice it as much, the person traveling with me stated there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke so that would be something to be cautious about, and while the location is convenient (with a car), it also seems it's more in a residential area. Further out the property I would proceed with caution and just be aware of surroundings but within the property neighborhood seemed safe (and absolutely swarming with the most precious cats and kittens I've ever seen!).The host was really sweet and very responsive for any questions or concerns you bought up, and really wants you to enjoy your stay!Overall, very good stay!
