I get the carpet stains because of the color and allowing pets. The kitchen floor didn't feel clean. The 5 cup coffee pot never brewed correctly. We had no hand towels, and no dish soap which we went out and got. The bathroom door handle kept coming off. No curtains in the bathroom or living room. The 2 beds in the one bedroom are not Kings, but Queens. All of this can be easily fixed. However, not disclosing that this is an apartment and its up a steep set of stairs is unacceptable. We had our elderly parents with us. Going up and down these steps, then more to get to the vehicles was a constant concern and hazardous. I did appreciate the communication, including when the people downstairs were so loud we thought a fight was happening.

Horrible accommodations. Property is an apartment, not a house. Host provided no check in details so I attempt to access the property that was someone’s home. There are no blinds or curtains on windows so there is no privacy. It’s also on a busy road so within the main bedroom lights are blaring in the whole night. Toilet does not work, no running water. We left before a full 24 hours because the property is so gross and the host did nothing to fix the issue.
