Sitting in Bloomingdale, one of Northwest Washington, DC’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods. This historic row house is just steps from metro bus, a few blocks from the metro station, and a few minutes drive to all of DC's major monuments.

You’ll love coming home to this thoughtfully furnished, beautifully designed, and fully-equipped lower level unit with beautiful bay windows and a lot of natural light. It has one king bed, one queen murphy bed, and one sofa bed that can sleep 6 people.

PET POLICY

We welcome well-behaved pets at our property! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests (both human and furry), please review and follow our pet policy below:

* Allowed Pets

Dogs, Cats or other pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis—please inquire before booking.

Limit of 1 pet per stay, unless otherwise agreed upon.

* Pet Size & Breed

Pets must be under 25 lbs unless otherwise approved.

Certain breeds may require pre-approval based on insurance restrictions.

* Cleanliness & Behavior

Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.

Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors.

Do not allow pets on beds or furniture.

* Supervision & Safety

Pets should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.

Barking or disruptive behavior that may disturb neighbors is not permitted.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pet.

*Fees

A pet fee of $75 per stay applies.

A pet cleaning fee of $75 per stay applies.
Additional cleaning fee may apply if the home requires extra maintenance due to pet occupancy.

A $300 refundable pet damage deposit should be paid immediately after booking the reservation.

Pets are not allowed in the bedroom.

No aggressive or non-housebroken pets permitted.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

❤ Bloomingdale Charm is the garden-level unit of a DC rowhouse consisting of two separate units. There are five steps in the front entrance area. No steps in the inside of the unit. The upper unit is occupied by residents. The living room is very bright and has direct sunlight during the day.

❤ Bloomingdale Charm has its own central HVAC and utility system. Bloomingdale Charm is completely private and secure from the upper unit and the upper unit has no access to Bloomingdale Charm.

❤ Guests shall not open the rear door in the bedroom to enter the patio area of the upper unit.

❤ The living room faces a busy street so there will be some noise from the street. However we prepared white noise machine for guest's use.

❤ The bedroom does not face any street and is very quiet.

❤ No off-street parking available and only street parking available.

❤ A gas station with a convenience store is across the street. The gas station provides parking for a fee. The convenience store has food, beverages, and snacks.

❤ Check-in instructions will be sent the day of arrival or sooner upon request.

House rules - Please be respectful. If anything is damaged, please let us know so we can address it. Smoking is not permitted indoors or outside. Guests are prohibited from opening the rear entrance to enter the patio area of the upper unit.
