Nice neighborhood, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Nice dog park one street over. House is beautiful! Nice fenced in area out back where you can park your car in a gated area.

Great location and apartment home, easy walk to U street and metro stop and nearby stores.

Great home-away-from-home with outdoor space for our dog and kids to enjoy. Nearby to local shops, restaurants, metro, etc... Would stay again!

Perfect Spot!

Perfect location close enough to scooter or Uber to the district in a couple of minutes. Loads of great places to eat in a very safe neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and very ample space for the number of guests that they allow. We will be coming back anytime we come to DC if this awesome spot is available.

Perfect Spot

This house was exceptionally well suited for a quick weekend away. Close to a wide variety of food spots, coffee and drink joints. Even a couple breweries. Very quiet at night and seemed quite safe at all times. We plan to return to this same spot each time we head back down.

Great location with all the amenities

The location and size were perfect for us and we were even able to host friends for dinner or to hang out in the living room or back patio. The outdoor space was a plus for sure. Very clean and the communications and check in process went seamlessly!

Great Location & Property

This was a lovely home for a weeks stay in DC. We were able to work remotely and still quickly get to places around town in the evenings. This made a work trip feel like a vacation! Very safe and modern property. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a larger place to stay in DC!

Perfect location

I was very pleased with my stay at this property. The off street parking was secure and convenient. The location of the house couldn't have been better. As well as, the layout and amenities were just right. The host was gracious enough to allow us to check in a little early. In my opinion, the house has been recently updated and the workmanship really complements the home. This makes for an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay to tour DC

We stayed with a family of 4 to see all the sights of DC. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the Shaw Howard Metro station. We felt safe and never really had concerns. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a living, dining, kitchen, and half bath downstairs. The kitchen all the supplies we could have hoped for. It's a great place to stay and I would recommend it! If you stay, walk to Andy's Pizza on V St, it's great!

Very nice home

This was my 1st time staying in a rental home. Everything was clean and visually appealing when we walked in. There really were no major issues except we couldn't adjust the Nest thermostat on the 1st floor and it was a bit chilly throughout our stay.

Very nice property

This property was very clean, perfect location to downtown, and allowed our dogs. My only complaint was how close the house is to the bad side of town. Police sirens by the house non stop, walked our daughter to the park and there were cops arresting someone there so we left. Otherwise beautiful house

Fabulous space in heart of DC

One of the best all around properties I have stayed at. Amenities were extremely comfortable and the location was excellent. We felt like we had free reign to explore the vibrant neighbourhood on foot as well as easy UBER/public transportation access to get around the District. The neighbourhood itself had a very quaint restored Victorian vibe, with tons of options for food, drink and experiences. Our host contact was very personable and accommodating. Book this property if you want access to the best of DC while staying in a clean, vibrant and beautiful environment. As out of towners, we also felt very safe and surrounded by lots of people going about their days and evenings.

Lovely Place to Stay

The house was beautiful with modern amenities and in a good location to see all of DC. We Loved that it included a parking space. Our only complaint was that when we arrived and wanted to go to bed we had to change ALL of the sheets and the duvet, because there was so much long white dog hair in the bed, on the pillowcases and on the duvet. We tried another set and it also, had so much dog hair. Unfortunately, my daughter is very allergic. We know how important and wonderful it is that there are places to stay that allow pets. We love taking ours too, just wished it had been cleaned enough to remove the hair before we got there. Other than that, this place is amazing. We really loved that they provided games and plenty of towels to use. The beds were also very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Best Customer Service Experience

Booked for long weekend with a jazz concert and the Smithsonian Museums. Got the concert in but then a snowstorm. Fortunately, the home was well stocked and DoorDash was running. The WiFi and free premium stations helped make our time in most enjoyable. The onsite parking was an incredible convenience. But the gate did need hardware repair as it was swinging open with wind. Customer service was fabulous when I had to recover an item left behind. Absolutely loved my stay.

Fantastic place, great location!

Our stay at this townhouse was fantastic. The home itself is clean, well equipped, the beds were fairly comfortable and the neighbors were quiet. There is a little market/convenience store within walking distance to get the small things. There are some great restaurants (loved Shaws), and a great brewery (Right Proper), less than a 10 minute walk away, and the Shaw/Howard Metro stop is about the same distance. LeDroit park is great for the kiddos.No real complaints at all, parking was easy, and although it is listed as one private parking spot, which is in the backyard/patio, we were able to squeeze a second small car in there, so we did not have to seek out street parking (one full size SUV and one mid size car).If you like a firm bed, use the back bedroom, soft bed use the front.Only complaints, and these are minor and easily remedied...The main bathroom shower head pressure and sink pressure are very low. It was tough to even wash hands in the sinks upstairs. I think the restrictors or aerators are clogged. And a broom would have been helpful to clean up after ourselves (dogs).But otherwise...absolutely great! If we come back to DC, this will most likely be our stop!

Always perfect

This is our go to place when we visit DC. Even though we are only two people we love having lots of room and options and this place is perfect. Clean, modern, great location. The kitchen is probably the jewel in the crown of the house -- lots of light, beautiful finishes, everything you need to cook meals and a table to seat 6 in case folks join for dinner. The on site parking is a must in this neighborhood too.
