The room was clean when we arrived. They have a housekeeping policy where you notify the desk in the morning as to requesting your room tidied up. We did and they never came. The next day I notified the desk manager and he helped with the trash and linens. He also helped carry our luggage up to the room when we arrived as they have no elevator. He was very nice. Nice showers
