Two full cottages with shared & private outdoor patio area! Perfect for summer grilling & entertaining your friends and family. Total capacity can accommodate 19 people. Location: One block away from the main entrance of Beach 3! About a 1-2 min walk. Just around the corner from Grandma's Beach Treats, best ice-cream in town!

Cottage #1:
This cottage boasts a large open concept living, dining & kitchen area (all with heated flooring for those colder days/nights). The 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 people comfortably. Bdrm 1- Double Bed, Bdrm 2- Queen Bed, Bdrm 3- Bunk Bed w/ double on bottom and single on top & sofa bed, Living Room- Sofa bed & a separate Desk/Workstation. Cottage comes fully equipped with all appliances and items required for your stay. Including plates, glassware, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, etc.

Cottage #2:
This cottage also has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate an additional 8 people. Bdrm 1 - Queen bed, Bdrm 2- Bunk beds w/ double bed on bottom & single on top, Bdrm 3- Single bed, Living Room- Sofa bed.

Both cottages come with their own set of full kitchen appliances, and washer & dryer for laundry during your stay. Unlimited WiFi and Cable TV in each.

The private fully fenced backyard space is perfect for summer grilling, outdoor eating, and lounging, etc.

Properties are great for large group of 20 family or friends if you not so peaky & looking for large space to hang out or family reunion. A little bit out dated, lets say classic but overall condition is good. clean & nice & almost has everything that you need. We brought our party plates that you need & our sheets, pillow & blanket if needed. Back yard is the perfect for gathering & barbecue, also we were loud but neighbors were so patient with us! Bedroom & beds are good. 77 has more sitting space as the kitchen is open to living room. Definitely will come back again. We enjoyed our long weekend there & we left with a good memories of being together there. Thanks to the property manger as everything was organized well.

This property is in a fantastic location and is so convenient on hectic beach days as you are only a short walk away from the beach. Christina is so helpful and kind. She is very easy to communicate with and she worked so hard to make this stay for my friends and I possible. We had a great time and would love to go back!

Great location in Wasaga Beach…short walk to beach 3…lots of parking….lots of beds and bathrooms…12 of us stayed here…easily could have had more people…very clean and Christina very accommodating for us!!

Lots of space, great location

We had 12 people staying for a bachelorette. The two houses had lots of space to accommodate us all. 79 had a nice indoor common space for making group meals. The backyard was huge and a great place to hang. The beach was a three minute walk. It was so nice to watch the sunset on the beach and then be able to walk back quickly and safely in the dark. Thanks for having us!
