Quaint Vermont renovated farmhouse nestled in the desirable Warren Village. Just minutes from the town library, Warren Country Store and the Pitcher Inn. Enjoy the July 4th parade from the front lawn. Mad River viewsfrom the second floor and nearby swimming. Oversized garage and covered back porchwith extending deck that overlooks a landscaped yardwith established perennial gardens. Yard offers shade and sun plus lots of room for BBQ's. When winter blows in, enjoy thefireplaced living room with many built-ins, hardwood floors throughout and anupdated kitchenwith newer appliances. Detached garage permits guests to park one car inside. 45 minutes from BTV airport.

The property is operated by The Pitcher Inn just down the street. Unknown to me until I checked in, each member of our party received a complimentary breakfast each morning of our stay, which was a nice touch. We only took advantage of that our last morning the thre three day stay because we had already planned for breakfast and bought the ingredients. I suggest including the free breakfast in the booking confirmation communications so renters have advance awareness of the benefit. The overall accommodations were adequate for our needs. The house was clean. We had a party of four adults and the bedrooms (3) were comfortable and the bathrooms (2 full/1 half) were well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, bathrobes, etc. We used the fireplace, although there were no fireplace tools; and we cooked our meals in the kitchen but there are several utensils and items I would deem as standard for vacation rental homes that are missing. I suggest considering stocking the kitchen with liquid dish soap, dish rags, and towels, and paper towels. Also, a coffee maker to replace the french press that makes more than 2 cups at a time would be a good addition. Perhaps a few more plates and bowls. Beyond that, we experienced some other issues related to garbage removal that management addressed and appropriately remedied. I would stay here again, however I would first confirm that the rental has been updated with a more well rounded assortment of standard rental items.
