This centrally located, ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2 bath Condo is conveniently located to the free shuttle to the Lincoln Peak Base (Winter only) and in a nearly ski-in / ski-out location.

The entrance foyer mudroom offers a convenient space and storage for gearing up for skiing and snowboarding. Washer and dryer facilities are located on the lower level

Ground-floor unit entrance, no stairs to enter for easy unloading and storage of ski gear.

The Sugarbush Health and Racquet Club offers a Fitness Center, Yoga Studio, Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, Indoor/Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub, Massage, Steam room, Sauna, Rock Climbing Walls, and a new Golf Simulator. Access requires a small per-guest fee.
