One of two separately located holiday homes in an outbuilding on the owner's 1200 square metre residential property in a quiet location in the Eldenholz district. The centre of Waren is about 2 km away. The one-room holiday apartment is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, double bed, some with guest bed), kitchen (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC. The ceiling height in the living room/bedroom drops from approx. 2.00 m to approx. 1.90 m. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and a car parking space. The total price includes towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Waren is subject to visitor's tax. Please bring your own bed linen.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
