Welcome to our modern, comfortable apartment in the central and near the beach "Haus Seeluft" on Wangerooge!
The apartment is located on the fourth floor, is 40 square meters and has a living room with dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed, another separate sleeping area with futon sofa bed for 1-2 people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with Shower and toilet and a balcony with garden furniture.

The apartment is perfect for 3-4 people and equipped.
We are happy to provide our guests with a small cot and a high chair free of charge if required!

Enjoy the view of the beautiful North Sea from the bedroom, as well as the view over the western island from the balcony.

The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, as well as for your entertainment with a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system. At the same time, the dining area with dining table and 4 chairs is located in this room.

The adjoining kitchenette has ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and sink as well as all kitchen utensils.

In the bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet are various storage options, as well as a hairdryer and make-up mirror.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (lying area 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a built-in wardrobe wall.

The sleeping corner, which can be separated by a curtain, has a futon sofa bed (lying area 1.40 mx 2.00 m), which can be transformed from a sofa into a comfortable bed in just a few steps.

On the balcony garden furniture and an awning for sun protection invite you to linger.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung war prima. Leider wurde das nicht gut funktionierende Flurlicht im Gebäude auf den Fluren 3 und 4 nicht repariert, obwohl wir es 2 mal gesagt haben. Das stellt dann irgendwie doch eine Gefahrenquelle dar.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben in einer wunderschönen modernen super ausgestatteten Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ, gewohnt. Es war wirklich ALLES da! Wir haben zu zweit dort gewohnt und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Es sind drei Minuten bis zum Strand. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Landschaft ist einfach fantastisch und die Wanderungen durch die Dünen ein Traum. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal hier!

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub über Silvester auf der Insel. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Ein Perfekter Urlaub

Eigentlich möchte ich gar nicht sagen, wie schön die Ferienwohnung ist, damit sie immer für uns frei ist, aber das wäre Familie Runde gegenüber nicht fair. Tagsüber haben wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter lange Spaziergänge gemacht. Am Abend haben wir mit einem leckeren Essen den Sonnenuntergang mit dem neuen Leuchtturm und Westturm genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit neuen Utensil. Wir haben auf dem Bettsofa geschlafen im Wohnzimmer, weil uns die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer zu weich waren, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Den Vermieter haben wir immer reicht.

Schönes Apartment in super zentraler Lage

+ • Wir durften schon um 11 h ins Apartment statt um 17 h - top! • Lage: direkt an Einkaufsstraße u. in Strandnähe. • Toller Blick vom Balkon u. aus den Fenstern • Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schönes Besteck u. Geschirr. • Das Bett ist etwas höher. Matratzen sind weich. Es gibt 2 Kommoden mit Schubladen u. reichlich Bügel zum Aufhängen. • Handtuchhalter ist abgefallen, wurde schnell repariert. -- • Das Apartment war nur zur Hälfte geputzt. Das habe ich reklamiert. Zunächst sah ich nur den Staub, später erst gesehen, dass auf d. Esstisch noch Marmelade klebte u. auf der unteren Ebene des Couchtisches u. im Bad fremde Haare lagen. Da hatte ich schon gesagt, die (unauffindbare) Putzfrau müsste nicht noch mal kommen. Als ich später der Verwaltung noch mal eine Rückmeldung geben wollte, wurde ich patzig abgewimmelt. • Es gibt nur 1 Schlüssel. Die Verwaltung hat den 2. weder gesucht, noch in Unterlagen nachgeschaut, wie viele Schlüssel es gibt und ich wurde patzig abgewimmelt. • Definitiv fehlt ein Wäscheständer, um feuchte Badesachen aufhängen zu können. • Dünne Wände. Die kreischenden Kinder aus der Nachbarwohnung waren deutl. zu hören. Fazit: Durch die tolle Aussicht, die Einrichtung . gut, allerdings m.E. eher f. 2 Personen. Übrigens gibt es gleichwertige Apartments u. sogar Hotelzimmer in bester Lage deutlich günstiger, hab ich zu spät gemerkt. Der Preis von € 110 pro Nacht ist noch fast ok, aber durch die Gebühren waren es plötzlich € 145.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Schöne, helle und moderne Wohnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre das die Matratze des Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer etwas hart ist. Aber das ist Geschmackssache und daher nur von Relevanz für Familien die dieses auch nutzen und empfindlich in diesem Bereich sind.

Die Austattung und Lage war hervorragend. Für 1-2 Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Die Toilette war nicht geputzt und wies deutliche Spuren auf...auch im Schlafzimmer war der Boden sehr schmutzig. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung abermals buchen.

Moin, Moin, die Mietwohnung mit allen erdenklichen Anbindungen sind für jung und alt prima!

Die Wohnungsvermittler waren offen für die Gepäcklagerung, bis die Wohnung vorzeitig bezugsfertig war. Ein Defekt wurde von uns benannt, dieser wurde umgehend behoben. Rückrufe passierten umgehend. Die Gesamtabwicklung der Mietwohnung gefiel uns sehr, vielen Dank!

Ferienwohnung Seeluft 37 auf Wngerooge

Wir waren erstmals auf einer ostfriesischen Insel und haben es auf Anhieb sehr schön empfunden. Mit dem Apppartment waren wir sehr zufrieden, dass es für 4 Personen angeboten wird, erscheint uns dann aber doch zu klein. Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, und natürlich die Lage im Ort hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Betreuung durch die WFV Gmbh vor Ort hat gut funktioniert.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage und neu renoviert

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und auch zu der Verwaltung war sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer tollen Lage direkt am Pudding und somit im Stadtzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass die Wohnung neu renoviert wurde. Einen Pluspunkt gibt es für den Leuchtturm, der vom Wohnzimmer aus beobachtet werden kann. Alles in allem eine prima Ferienwohnung. Nächstes Mal gerne wieder!
