The lovingly furnished holiday home Wangerland is located in a quiet yet central residential area of Horumersiel and offers on approximately 100 m² of living space up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens a relaxing holiday by the sea. The holiday home has a cozy living room with open kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. The living room with comfortable seating is equipped with a TV and a CD player. The fully equipped open kitchen with dining area for 6 people has an oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living and dining area is followed by a direct access to the 16m ², sheltered and covered terrace with patio furniture and loungers and the fenced garden. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the two bedrooms has another TV. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and toilet. Via the stairwell with additional built-in cupboards for storage possibilities, you reach the first floor. Here you will find another cozy living area with TV and an open kitchenette with two hot plates and a fridge. The living area is adjoined to a bedroom with two single beds and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a travel cot available in the house as well as a high chair and a changing mat. The entrance area of the house with a roof of 13 m² provides storage space for bicycles or sports equipment. The house has night storage heating. The rooms can be darkened by shutters. On the driveway there is a car and in front of the house a second car can be parked on the street. Directly in the immediate vicinity is a children's playground. Daily necessities such as restaurants, the Frieslandtherme and the beach are within walking distance. Dogs are allowed - cats unfortunately not. It is a non-smoking house.
