With great extras, such as a parking space in front of our holiday home - with direct access to the apartment -, a great south-facing sun terrace and many highlights inside, the vacation starts right outside the door.
Friesenburg N ° 7, a small approx. 80 square meter Friesenhaus, following the popular Friesenburg No. 10, you can call your own in an ideal location for your vacation. Enjoy our numerous equipment features, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and enough storage space for your luggage. The two bathrooms with toilet / shower, the small kitchen with all necessary utensils, the spacious living area with leather furniture and the maritime decoration. Further innovations, such as a spacious LED flat TV, can be found when you start your holiday. The day starts with a great view of the terrace and the garden. The large towel radiators in bath / shower ensure warm comfort even on cold days. The high-quality total equipment with 2 beds 180x200 cm, the washing machine or the dishwasher, as well as the free WiFi access leave nothing to be desired. For your little ones we have a high chair (TripTrap) and a baby travel bed.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Auch der Garten war schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist auch top.Wie vorab mitgeteilt, kamen ein paar Tage vorher alle benötigten Informationen zur Wohnung. Auf jedenfall einer unserer Favoriten uns kommen wieder.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es war alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts.Die Deko war traumhaft.Die Betten klasse, haben sehr gut geschlafen. Einzig störend war der Blickkontakt zu den Nachbarn, auf der Terrasse.Ein Blickschutz (Trennwand) wÀre schön.Ansonsten alles Top.Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen.

Urlaubstraum!

Schon das Ankommen hat uns aufblicken lassen. Wunderbare Lage, eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der HaustĂŒr und zudem direkt daneben noch ein kleiner GerĂ€teschuppen in dem man wunderbar seine FahrrĂ€der parken kann. Die Ferienwohnung ĂŒberzeugt direkt beim hereingehen durch eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und viel Liebe zum Detail bei der Deko. Die Raumaufteilung passt super und wir wĂŒrden sie jedem weiterempfehlen der fragt.

Das HĂ€uschen ist nicht nur liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern strahlt auch eine ganz besondere GemĂŒtlichkeit aus, die vom ersten Moment an fĂŒr Entspannung sorgt. Wir fĂŒhlten uns direkt zuhause!Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen – alles war blitzsauber, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage, den wunderschönen Garten und die herrliche Aussicht. Ostern in Horumersiel

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Sowohl das Zentrum als auch die Nordsee sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Mikrowelle hat uns gefehlt. Den Kindern hat die Regendusche am Besten gefallen.

Das Ferienhaus war in einem top Zustand,alles sauber,sehr hochwertige Einrichtung, liebevoll dekoriert.Einzig Fliegengitter wĂ€ren sehr empfehenswert damit man auch mal LĂŒften kann ohne das sich das Haus gleich mit Fliegen,Wespen usw. fĂŒllt.da sich die RĂ€ume sehr schnell aufheizen.Ansonsten war wirklich alles vorhanden um den Urlaub zu genießen.Sehr empfehlenswert.

Urlaub mit Enkelkind

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es war fast alles vorhanden. Wir hatten unser Enkelkind mit, insofern wĂ€re fĂŒr uns eine Mikrowelle von Vorteil gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Zum Obergeschoss mit den SchlafrĂ€umen gibt es eine sehr steile Treppe, Vorsicht, also bei eingeschrĂ€nkter MobilitĂ€t. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass an der Nordsee bis circa Rechner gegen Ostern, viele GaststĂ€tten und sonstige Einrichtungen geschlossen sind. Wir haben uns gut erholt, und unserem Enkelkind hat es sehr gefallen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder mit 2 und 6 Jahren) waren zum ersten Mal an der Nordsee und haben mit diesem Ferienhaus einen Volltreffer gelandet. Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig, chic eingerichtet und alle Dinge des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden (v.a. in der KĂŒche). Garten und Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Zum Meer sind es 300m, allerdings ohne Sandstrand. Einen solchen findet man 3km die DĂŒne entlang in Schillig. Horumersiel ist ein gemĂŒtlicher Ort mit kleinen LĂ€den, CafĂ©s und Restaurants. Der Supermarkt im Ort hat auch sonntags geöffnet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei telefonischen RĂŒckfragen. Wir kommen wieder!
